-If you were not able to register online, we’ll collect your information

-Only necessary digital radiographs will be taken

-Photos of your teeth

-Complete documentation and evaluation of dental condition

-Complete evaluation of gum health

-Evaluation of Bite

-Evaluation of Appearance of Teeth, if desired

-Complementary Oral Cancer Screening using VelScope
